This is our winery’s signature wine and is vinted from grape grown in our ‘Podere Pareda’ vineyard. Sparkling wine displaying a fine, delicate perlage.

 

Pleasant fruity aromas of golden apple, white peach, pear and white flowers. A soft, well-balanced, elegant and complex taste. Pairs perfectly with shellfish, refined first courses and fish dishes.
