It takes its name from the famed hill the grapes are grown on, making it an exclusive and highly prestigious wine. Sparkling wine displaying a very fine, elegant perlage.

 

Full bouquet, with aromas of acacia honey, yellow apple and nuances of white flowers, a savoury taste, yet pleasantly soft. Ideal as an aperitif, or to accompany sweet pastries and fresh cheeses.
